Felipe and his team are experts at their craft and really helped evolve our vision into a kitchen beyond our dreams, as well as update our fireplaces into true works of art! The initial discussions on scope were informative and exciting, the selection of materials was fun and creative and the installation process was efficient and as smooth as we could ever ask. Can’t stop smiling. Just finished my kitchen refresh and my only regret is not doing this years ago. Palazzo (Laura & Felipe) walked me through the process of replacing the countertop, backsplash and sink install. They asked lots of questions and I learned a lot about my own kitchen - I discovered I actually already had two countertops! The previous owner installed one over the original, I had no idea, but Felipe did.

I’ve worked with Palazzo twice now on kitchen countertop projects — the second job being much more extensive than the first — and they’ve been absolutely brilliant both times. We did not know much about countertop fabrication process when we started looking for a company who can install new countertops to our recently remodeled kitchen. There was not that many options in our area, but after some research we found Palazzo Kitchens and Baths. They had great reviews, competitive prices, located in a reasonable distance from our house and were open Saturdays, which was a huge plus for us. After a couple of visits to their store and talking to a business owner, Felipe, we have learned a lot and understood the whole process much better. Felipe was very helpful and took all our requests with personal attention.

I love my new kitchen! A friend recommended Palazzo for our kitchen renovation, and I am glad we listened. Felipe was accessible any time we had questions or needed guidance. He helped us select materials that worked with our budget and style considerations. Anytime there were any hiccups Felipe came through with multiple options to keep our project on track. Now we have a kitchen we are proud of. The next project will be the bathrooms and we are definitely coming back to Palazzo for that.
